Team Profile

Between  eating and sleeping I grew up (and continue to this day) to be either playing sport or watching sport. My profound appreciation for the human body stems from my personal involvement in high-level representative touch football, rugby league, rugby union, and athletics. I'm an avid supporter of the Cronulla Sharks (if I havent told you already), and my dedication to sports further fuels my commitment to helping patients recover and reach their optimal physical potential.

Life looks a little different with 2 kiddos and a growing team, but I will always prioritise sport and movement.

I am incredibly proud of what The Hills Physio has achieved in our community and it's continued growth.

My jam is back pain, neck pain and headaches. I've had years of experience and training alongside chiros and senior physiotherapists in this field. Drawing from my experience as the head physiotherapist for Bankstown City Lions Soccer Club, I was able to hone my skills in managing acute sporting injuries from head to toe.
