Team Profile

With experience in both hospital settings and the sporting field, I’ve developed a deep passion for physiotherapy through my fascination with the human body and movement. My journey began with a desire to be part of a larger cause - an industry focused on putting patients first, alleviating pain, and restoring function. I am committed to providing a safe, trusting space for those in distress. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, camping with friends, and staying active at the gym or on the sporting field, embracing both nature and physical wellness in my life.

Key learnings and skills

I hold a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and a Doctor of Physiotherapy, providing a strong foundation in both the scientific and clinical aspects of physiotherapy. I am also an APA Sports Trainer Level 1, equipping me with essential skills for injury prevention and management in sports settings. With over 20 years of experience playing various sports, predominantly soccer, I bring a unique perspective to understanding athletes’ needs. I have worked with Macquarie University’s AFL team and currently serve as the physiotherapist for an NPL football team, gaining invaluable experience in high-performance environments.

My role in The Hills Physio family

I am passionate about treating musculoskeletal injuries, particularly within the athletic community, but I also highly value working with the general population. I believe no injury is more important than another, regardless of one’s athletic status or responsibility. I find great satisfaction in helping people from all walks of life return to the activities they love. My approach combines hands-on manual therapy with personalised exercise prescription. I am available at the Kellyville Ridge clinic Monday to Friday, except Wednesday.
