Take the next step in your career

The selected candidate would have exposure to a range of different clientele from adolescents, athletes, disability, pre and post operative rehab, general population and chronic pain. As the candidate is not stepping into an existing caseload, this role is unique and ideal for someone to tailor their interests and desired patient population to their caseload. We would help you to identify and grow this through existing referral pathways, however there is also an opportunity to grow your skills in networking and reaching out to new key stakeholders as your interest see’s fit.

We believe aligning the physiotherapist with the caseload that is both motivating, challenging, rewarding and in line with their skill set/ interest means better outcomes for the patients but also a happier physio!

We have individual treatment rooms and you will have access to an indoor rehab space (onsite) and hydrotherapy pool (offsite, if your interest lies here).

We will support the right candidate with 1:1 senior musculoskeletal supervision, participation in team in-services and professional development support. Our team currently meets fortnightly on Fridays for case studies and in-services and we offer a PD allowance of $1000 per year.

Remuneration will be competitive and match your experience. It will include a retainer with commission / performance incentives.
