Small-group classes for all bodies!

Our studio is a wonderful way to be introduced to the world of Pilates. With small group classes and Physio-led programming, The Hills Physio clinical classes will help build your strength, endurance, balance and improve your overall mobility. 


We offer:

- Begininer 1:1 Pilates session

- Clinical Pilates (Pilates run by a physio to treat or rehab a certain condition)

- Reformer Pilates 

- Mat Pilates 

- Power Pilates (for those of you wanting to have a more intense workout)

- Pilates for teen girls (Our Bloom class)

- Mums and Bubs Pilates

At the Hills Physio, we are passionate about keeping you moving through all stages of life. Our Pilates classes are semi-supervised, meaning that classes can be tailored to you and your goals. We use small pilates props like dumbells and miniballs to help build strength, with a specific focus on the core and pelvic floor.
