Team Profile

I first started at The Hills Physio as a student and fell in love with the team environment. I have explored all sorts of roles over my last 8 years of work experience, ranging from a lifeguard to an OOSH educator to a forklift driver! However with exercise & movement having always been an important part of my life, I feel physiotherapy was always where I was meant to be. I am passionate about empowering women, children & their families to smash their goals & unleash their potential through movement!

Outside of being a physio, you’ll find me seeking some type of adventure - skydiving, bungee jumping, roller coasters etc are all up my alley (Nevis Swing in NZ is next on the bucket list!). However on a typical day in the life, my favourite things are to move my body (pilates, crossfit or running are my top picks), grab an oat latte & relax along the beach.

My role in The Hills Physio Family

You will see me at The Hills Physio on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & fortnightly Saturdays treating both in our Just for Kids clinic & women’s health population. I have a special interest in treating babies & toddlers as well as pregnancy & postpartum related issues - or to put it shorter, I love treating mums & bubs!

You may occasionally see me helping out in our bike riding intensives, Strong Little Bodies or Ninja Kids group classes. I hope to start running 1 on 1 & group based pilates as well as pre-natal / post-natal education seminars in the future.
