Team Profile

My journey here at The Hills Physio started as a final-year physio student - until I fell in love with the team environment & realised 5 weeks of placement wasn’t long enough! Through my years of study & being a physio, I have found my passion lies within the fields of Paediatrics, Women’s Health & Clinical Pilates. I am passionate about empowering women, children & their families to smash their goals & unleash their potential through movement. I absolutely love what I do & am always actively seeking new ways to upskill in order to provide the most personable service I can for my clients. One of my favourite mindsets/quotes to live by is to think; you are forever a student!

However outside of being a physio, my favourite things to do are simply to move my body (pilates, crossfit or running are my top picks), sip on an oat latte & relax along the beach.

My role in The Hills Physio Family

You will see me at The Hills Physio on Tuesdays & Thursdays treating our women’s health population & teaching pilates (1:1 clinical, semi-private & group classes - come move with me!). I also run a weekly pilates group program ‘Bloom’ for our pre-teen females on Thursdays at 4:15pm. You can book online with me below

On Mondays, Wednesdays & fortnightly Saturdays I am treating kiddos at our Just for Kids clinic in Rouse Hill.

I have a special interest in treating babies & toddlers as well as pregnancy & postpartum related issues - or to put it shorter, I love teaching mums & bubs!
