Team Profile

My story at The Hills Physio actually began at the end of my degree as a physio student, where I completed an intensive placement and I loved every minute of it. It was clear to me this is a place where people truly cared about the wellbeing of others and somewhere I could help children and families achieve their goals.

As an elite gymnast growing up, I've always had a strong love for human movement and am constantly amazed by what our bodies can do. After I finished competing in the sport, I naturally moved into the coaching space where, over the last 8 years, I've found my passion for working with children. This has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of child development, movement patterns and skill acquisition.

Outside of physio, you'll catch me at gymnastics, laying on the beach reading, or planning my next travel destination!

I hold a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the Australian Catholic University. I have completed Advanced coaching accreditation in gymnastics, kinder gym and baby gym which has given me foundational skills in human movement from babies through to adolescents.
