Growing up in the heart of the West, I was always active and engaged in a variety of sports. Whether it was rugby league or cricket, I loved exploring different ways to move and challenge myself. However, my active lifestyle also led to a fair share of injuries, which meant many trips to physiotherapy. These experiences ignited my ambition to become a Physiotherapist. The exceptional care I received from therapists who helped me live pain-free inspired me to follow in their footsteps and help others in the same way.
With a strong sporting background, I’ve had the opportunity to work as a Physiotherapist for the Wests Tigers over the past year, collaborating with elite athletes at all levels. This experience has deepened my understanding of injury rehabilitation and management.
I completed my studies at Western Sydney University, where I gained a solid foundation in Physiotherapy. My academic journey included placements in stroke and postoperative rehabilitation, as well as intensive care units (ICU), providing me with a well-rounded clinical experience.
I am additionally qualified in Remedial Massage, enhancing my knowledge of muscular pain and treatment techniques.
At The Hills Physio, I work with a diverse range of patients, from those with acute muscular injuries to those requiring postoperative rehabilitation and chronic pain management. I’m available in the clinic on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. My goal is to bring the same level of care and dedication that inspired me during my own physiotherapy journey to every patient I see.
