Team Profile

I’m one of the paediatric and women’s health physiotherapists here at The Hills Physio. You may have seen me behind front desk as I’ve been around since The Hills Phyio's early days , but I am now officially a part of the physio team!

When I’m not at work or teaching Pilates, you’ll find me outside in the sunshine with my collie Winnie, exploring the central coast and mountains on foot.

My role in The Hills Physio Family

I am passionate about all things movement, especially in the world of womens health! Whether you are the weekend sports warrior, Pilates enthusiast, newbie mover or returning to movement after injury or some time off (new mummas that’s you too!) I am here to help.

I have also worked closely alongside the Just for Kids team at The Hills Physio for the last 5 years, and love working with children and their families. From sporting injuries, growing pains, hypermobility and scoliosis to developmental milestones - I am here to support and guide your child to reach their movement goals.

Find me in the clinic Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday mornings

I also run the clinic studio for matwork Pilates for our Mums n Bubs class on a Thursday morning.

Find me in the studio Tues and Thursday evenings, and every second Saturday morning!
