Small-group classes for all bodies!

If you have been wanting to start Pilates, our small group classes are a wonderful way to be introduced to the world of Pilates. With small group classes and Physio-led programming, The Hills Physio mat Pilates group and clinical classes will help build your strength, endurance, balance and improve your overall mobility. We also have a Mums n Bubs Pilates class for our new or expectant mothers where bubs are of course, welcome!

Starting your Pilates journey at The Hills Physio!

At the Hills Physio, we are passionate about keeping you moving through all stages of life. Our Pilates classes are semi-supervised, meaning that classes can be tailored to you and your goals. We use small pilates props like dumbells and miniballs to help build strength, with a specific focus on the core and pelvic floor. Our physiotherapists Liv, Caitlin and Lexi are our go-to women's health and Pilates experts.
