Class Types

Reformer 

Reformer is a full-body Pilates class focused on improving strength, mobility, posture, and movement control in a supportive semi-private environment. Suitable for all experience levels. Use of a variety of props such as dumbbells, pilates ball, and resistance bands.  

Mums and Bubs 

Our Mums & Bubs classes provide a welcoming and supportive space for mothers to safely return to movement after pregnancy and birth — with bub by your side. All babies below walking age are welcome! 

These sessions focus on rebuilding strength, improving mobility, pelvic floor and core awareness, posture, and overall movement confidence in the postpartum period.

We have play mats, bouncers, play pens and toys available for your little one. 

Fit and Functional 

Fit and Functional is a low-impact exercise class designed for seniors looking to improve strength, mobility, balance and reduce falls risk. Each class has a max of 6 clients. 

Bloom

Bloom is a teen girls only exercise class (suitable for 11-15 years old) designed to develop healthy movement habits, improve posture and mobility, and encourage a positive relationship with exercise in a fun and welcoming environment.
