Get Me ThereCaitlin Dunsford

Meet Caitlin
I grew up in The Hills and now I’m raising my own two energetic kiddos here, Loki and Luna. So when I say I understand the juggle of school drop-offs, therapy appointments and trying to do your best for your child (and you)… I really do.
Becoming a mum has profoundly shaped the way I practice physiotherapy. It has deepened my passion for paediatric continence and women's health.
At Just for Kids, I work with women and children who are experiencing:Meet
- Pregnancy related symptoms
-
Bedwetting
- Abdominal diastasis
-
Daytime urinary or faecal incontinence
- Prolapse
-
Constipation and toileting difficulties
-
Delayed or challenging toilet training (including ASD and ADHD profiles)
-
Pelvic pain
-
Hypermobility
-
Genetic or neurological conditions impacting development

Beyond the clinic
Most of my hours are done behind the scenes. From mentoring staff, to web design to maintaining relationships with key medical professionals in our community. I love the diversity in my role (allbeit a bit crazy when you throw raising two small kiddos on the side).
Outside of the clinic, I’m the founder of an online education platform teaching girls and women about their bodies, and co-host of the podcast Inside The Box, where we interview pelvic health experts and share real conversations about women’s health, pelvic health, business ownership and mum life.
As someone who has personally experienced bladder leakage, I am incredibly passionate about breaking stigma early - so our kids grow up with better body awareness and confidence than many of us did.
